ERC Training Sessions - Understanding the call

Designed for researchers with ambitious scientific ideas, these online sessions guide you through writing a competitive ERC proposal. We cover evaluation criteria, panel specifics, project ambition, and the principal investigator’s CV and track record.

In 2025, we’re offering two sessions:

Applying for the 2026 ERC Starting and Consolidator Grant, March 17^th – 18^th

Participation is free. Registration is mandatory.

Registration is expected to open on early November.

Note: Applicants to the 2025 ERC Advanced Grants Call, deadline August 28th 2025, are welcome to contact Fostering Science as soon as possible.

Seminars - "How to transform a research idea into an ERC project"

Learn how to craft compelling application documents, including the project summary, CV, track record, and scientific proposal (B1, B2).

In 2025, we’re offering an in-person session on April 7^th & 8^th.
